The ENVENT331 hydrogen sulfide online analyzer is an intelligent analytical instrument based on microprocessors, which can automatically control, detect, process and store gas analysis processes, as well as communicate with other systems. At the same time, it has a self diagnostic function to detect various parameters and faults inside the analyzer, and upload diagnostic information to the controller.

The lead acetate paper tape series analyzer is the third generation product that meets the growing demand for low content process gases and laboratory gases. The main parts are as follows:
Paper tape transport: This analyzer uses a paper tape reel that can hold 350 feet of lead acetate paper tape. The microprocessor controls the stepper motor to drive the paper tape. In explosion-proof analytical instruments, the motor is installed in an explosion-proof box and connected to an explosion-proof connector with a shaft. The shaft and universal coupling are installed together to solve the alignment problem. In a general-purpose analyzer, the motor is mounted on a paper tape tray.
Sample chamber: The sample chamber has a movable small hole that can be adjusted to accommodate different gas concentrations. Usually, the higher the gas concentration, the smaller the pores. This hole limits the amount of reaction between hydrogen sulfide and paper tape.
The photodetector is a silicon photodiode that converts color depth into electronic signals and amplifies the 0-250mV signal on the sensor board. This signal is calibrated on the microprocessor, and the system uses a single light-emitting diode (red) as the light source to illuminate the paper tape.
Calibration: The system automatically resets to zero every time the paper tape is transported, so calibration is only done every 3 to 4 months.
The strictly controlled factory environment ensures the high quality of lead acetate paper tape and guarantees product consistency. All paper tapes must be cleaned after processing to minimize problems caused by dust. By using our paper tape, the analyzer can work cleaner and more stably.
